Staff are very helpful, breakfast is lovely, this place forced me to relax which was just what I needed.

Because if our lifestyle in tassy we never knew how to relax until we stayed here. Access to pool and restaurant very close and the room was very comfortable thank you for allowing us to stay in your paradise resort.

Evening meal - excellent food, setting, waitresses most attentive, courtious, friendly.
Pool wonderful - again setting is lovely.

Special commendation to Sara who went the extra mile in hospitality with three corporate guests last Monday (10/5/10) by showing them Broome. Her attention to detail during the function was exemplary.

Thanks for making our stay enjoyable with no complaints at alll everything was to the staandard you expect from a 4 plus star resort we will be back and a special thanks to Cody at reception and Jen in Restaurant/Bar as nothing was too much trouble " keep smiling ladies"

Sshhh its a secret at the Sanctuary.....
Main event of our trip was to relax and re-energise. Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful self-contained apartment. Great helpful staff how could we not.
Thanks to all Sanctuary Staff who made our stay most memorable especially Trish at Front-desk always friendly and knowledgeable local gal
Highly recommended but please keep it a secret.

Had a fantastic stay. I was very impressed by the level of service. Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. The cleaners were fantastic, always smiling. The real service stand out were the front desk girls. Having someone who was able to recommend and help book tours and arrange transportation was fantastic. I have never had such a great service before and would recommend the Sanctuary to other people because of the friendliness and service

Our stay at this resort was the best experience I have had in Broome. The staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms spacious and modern; the grounds are beautiful and the pool a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Thank you

Excellent service by Michael (GM) and the staff. Restaurant food was excellent and better than the restaurants that we ate at in town + same price or cheaper so we were happier to eat here more often. Facilities and grounds are well maintained. All in all we had a great time here, thank you

Hotel staff excellent, arranged a bbq pack and salad platter for our xmas day arrival. Food was delicious. Staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend resort
